From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the attentive staff who made sure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Let's start with the location - it's truly unbeatable. Situated right next to a vibrant mall, the hotel offers not only convenience but also a fantastic atmosphere. Whether I wanted to explore local cuisine, shop for souvenirs, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll, everything was within easy reach. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Now, onto the food - simply divine! The hotel's restaurant served a delightful array of dishes, from local specialties to international cuisine, each prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with exquisite taste. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, with a wide selection of both hot and cold options to start the day right. What truly set Hayat Regency apart, however, was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, providing personalized recommendations for activities and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. We were upgraded on arrival and the room was very large. A large and comfortable bed, large bathroom with a warm and strong shower and plenty of space to put our personal items. The room had a balcony which was nice to sit on when the weather was warm. We had one hot day, but the room was very cool and the air conditioning was completely silent! Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The hotel was very new and easy to reach from the highways and connected to a large mall with many restaurants to choose from. We particularly liked the food court on the top floor of the mall. Free valet parking was included during our stay. There is a direct tram connection to the city center, the journey takes about 20 minutes. Finally, the staff was excellent: friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and would like to visit again in the future.

So very comfortable! And staff was so kind when I was ill. Room is large, bed is incredibly comfortable(and I should know, I don’t think I left it for two days). The staff was amazing in the hotel, in the spa, and in the restaurant. While hopefully no one else gets ill on their trip, if they do, you want to end up here. As expected, the services were top notch: express laundry returned everything in only a few hours, they came to refresh the room whenever we called for things, they extended our stay three separate times. The spa, my husband reports, is amazing. Our room overlooked the bay, with a lovely view of Izmir from the balcony, as well.

The location, the view, amenities and the staff were all so nice. Seriously, there is no better location than this. You're essentially right next to a huge mall and all sorts of stores, plus the subway and bus station to go anywhere in the city centre. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they all spoke great English as expected in Izmir. The view was so good from the room as well! Definitely our new favourite stay when we're in the city.

The property is connected to the mall which was very convenient for shopping and eating. The room I stayed in had a pretty view of the sunrise and sunset on the balcony.
